@Ouroboros21
which car park was it?1 -
A small section of the land in front of Shaw Trust on Morleys Yard1

Complaint gone off to BPA and complaint and FOI to DVLA. TNC used V888/2 rather than V888/3 as well.2

I chased the Planning Enforcement Officer as "the persons with interest" were given 28 days to apply for LBC or the remove the signs and nothing had happened.
Just received an email advising the Council Legal Services Team has been instructed to issue a Listed Building Enforcement Notice regarding the signage.

Were you on the same site as me?1

Why not cut out the middle-man and report the issue to the police. It's fraud.0

I do not think so.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

@hullensien I believe you are interested in another site in Hull, not Beverley. There may be similarities but each site is unique. In the past I have appraised the council planning department (ERYC not HCC) of contraventions on this site but they have not been significant enough to warrant any action. I'm waiting to see what the various parties come back with and will update this thread when I get them. AutoSec are refusing to talk to me now, even with the proof that they haven't a leg to stand on and they should cancel the PCN. Hopefully DCB Legal will be charging them for each and every action.

@D_P_Dance
fraud - "wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain"
Would this not fall into that category? - contracts were formed on the basis of an illegal act - ie the affixing of signage to a listed building without consent - therefore contracts are not enforceable - but what about the hundreds of people who have paid up over the years at that site?0
