A little exercise is probably a good idea but so is rest. Take it easy if you can! Could you get advice from the doctor or a pharmacist? I'm still tired from the cold I had for a couple of weeks, but not as much as you are. Some of these things are so debilitating, aren't they?

Don’t try to do too much while you’re still feeling rough. Your body needs rest. Get Fit With Rick walking workouts on You Tube are good ones to get some steps in indoors but obviously not if you still don’t feel great - behave yourself 😆

Hope you feel better soon 🤞

Cherryfudge - I have felt so much better today, not so much coughing but still tired, mind you I've been looking after dgc today and promptly fell asleep in a comfy chair when they had all gone 😃

Makingabobor2 - yes, I did do a couple of tests at different points but they were both negative! I have to say I haven't had COVID yet ( there's always time I suppose or I'm very lucky) and sometimes I do feel a little left out 🤣🤣. Youngest DD thought I might have got it so I did the first test to put her mind at rest and the second a day or so later ,but no that was negative as well🙂

Sun_Addict - I'm honestly feeling so much better today, I woke up without a headache and I can sleep without being propped up and the cough has nearly disappeared!!!! Considering I haven't been able to hold a decent conversation for a couple of weeks, it's like an overnight recovery 🤣🤣 I'm still tired but I'm taking it as a huge plus 🕺I'm going to investigate Get fit with Rick when I'm fully awake in the morning, thank you.

How do you get free coffee from garden centre? Is it a loyalty card or something? Is it the D*bb**s one?
