Car Parking charges and false information from Ipserv Ltd

They have also failed to identify their client properly; it should be Ltd after IPSERV.3

Coupon-mad said:Yes, their agent is misleading you by saying that not paying WILL result in a CCJ. Not true!
The next letters are even worse; Trace use a false letter heading saying they are now writing from 'Trace Legal Dept' (they don't have one and are not solicitors) and the letters are signed off (in fact there is no signature or name) by a purported Litigation Manager that reports suggest that they don't have. The letters from Trace are appalling. My local friend and fellow PPC fighter @ParkingMad is collecting examples of the full Trace letter chain if you don't mind supplying it all. This is grounds for further complaint to the Trade Body but wait till you get the Trace Legal Dept ones first.
Maybe worth me waiting for those letters to arrive first before submitting my LBC so Ipserv don't instruct them to cancel and also extra ammo for my case?2 -
Yes I agree. People are reporting 3 letters altogether, the final two being from the fake Legal Department.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Trace are not regulated but they have to register with the ICO to comply with UK GDPR obligations
The Trace registration number with the ICO is ZA181609
https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/data-protection-fee/
What Trace are doing is another WONGA whereby they are pretending to be something they are not
Trace are using your data to make threats on an unproven debt.
So, a complaint to the ICO regarding the harassmentt by Trace and to advise the FCA
Now, the FCA say that this type of company is not registered with them ? They still brought Wonga down with their fake legals
The question is, do Trace have £millions to placate a false claim, clearly not
That is for the ICO and FCA to discover

It says on their website that they are members of the Credit Services Association and CIVEA.

CSA complaint time! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The University didn't bother replying to what I asked about their reasons for refusing my request for a copy of their contract with Ipserv.
So I have requested an internal review asking the same questions as before which they have 20 days to respond to2 -
I've received this response from the Uni now about my request for the copy of the contract, so I will see what they say
Good afternoon,
Apologies for the delay. This matter is being investigated and you will receive a response in due course.
Kind regards,

Do I need to put an estimate in the LBC of the amount of hours I've spent in researching and writing letters?
If so what do people think would be a realistic amount that they'd except because I've spent days at a time reasearching and reading so could put any amount of hours and it would probably be an under estimate?1
