Good resilience in pushing this forward.

I'm a bit puzzled as to what the ICO is saying in 'He also considers that the University holds no information about the tendering process'. Is this a criticism of or an escape route for the University?  Or is it something I've misunderstood?
Or maybe there was no tendering process!!
In which case the FOI should have revealed this, but I suspect this fact wasn't mentioned because the university's process requires it, and they were too embarrassed to admit they coqued-up.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

Which is exactly how I read it. They've tried to pull a fast-one and have been caught with their pants down. :)

  • They've provided me with the contract now. I'm not sure what I am supposed to be looking for.

  • Here's the unis reply re the tendering process

  • I'm guessing, as no one has replied to my post about the response from the uni re the tendering process, that there is no point in me persuing this any further?

Unless you can find some other rule or regulation covering the Uni tendering process, I would suggest that no, there is no point in pursuing this further.
