Well you are right that they have misled you on BOTH dates, and also 27th May to 8th June isn’t 11 days either because there are 31 days in May.

And the 14 days in the POFA is about the date a NTK was served, not when they dated it.

In my opinion, based on what you’ve shown us, this looks like a deliberate attempt to deceive you about liability and you need to send that email to the DVLA and Ms Roberts to review the situation.

We will be interested to see how the BPA deal with an AOS member allegedly lying to a consumer about dates and keeper liability re two PCNs.
This is an important year for the parking industry and the Trade Bodies are well aware we will use case studies as evidence when answering the Government consultations.
Make sure you show the DVLA and BPA the URL to page one of this thread.

That link is for 1 of the NTKS as they told me to post separate threads for each.

If you want to see the thread for the other NTK it is under the title
car parking charge, NTK for parking in a permit only car park on PePiPoo
    Yep, that's the other one.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Yep and they have also included pictures of the ANPR with date and time stamps on them on the NTK, which confirm the dates I said

Get that complaint email done then and I told you where to find the complaint email for the DVLA in the NEWBIES thread.

By the way did you ask the Forum Team to remove the PCN numbers or do we have a lurking watcher who reported your post to get them removed? Odd thing for the Forum Team to censor.

    Who's car park was this?

Yes, that was me who asked them to remove them as I couldn't find how to contact the board guides. I did try doing a search but none of the links worked in the posts.

The main movers and shakers, the Ipserv directors are senior Ipswich Borough Council employees. A very tangled web.

    Check them out!

Yes, Ipswich Borough Council runs them apparently but they are a private company. They even have the same office address as the council.

Shocking stuff. Get it reported today to Sara Roberts and the DVLA complaints team.

Make sure the URL you supply is to PAGE ONE of this thread, not the useless ‘latest’ URL that MSE thinks we all want to see, but we don’t.

Oh and you might like to copy in the Uni of Suffolk, or alternatively, forward a copy of your DVLA and BPA complaint email to the Uni Dean separately and ask if they realise they remain liable under the law of agency, for the actions of their agents and are they content that their contractor has misled you, not once but twice (2 PCNs) about the legally important matter of liability and dates?
