You can only expect data from the PDT about your VRM.

Just to double check before I send it, is this everything I should ask for or am I missing anything?

Please supply the data about me that I am entitled to under data protection law relating to myself.

    Including the following:

    - all and every piece of data held on myself and vehicle (VRM *********)

    - all photos taken

    - all letters/emails sent and received, including any appeal correspondence earlier

    - all data held, all evidence you will rely on, and a full copy of the PCN, NTK

    - a list of all PCNs outstanding against me and/or this VRN ********
This is what you can request, (so it's more than just a copy of the personal data):-

Thanks. I've added these ones which seem to be the ones that are relevant

    - the purposes of the processing of the data

    - the categories of personal data concerned

    - the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed

    where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;

    - any available information as to the source where the information was collected from

    - the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.

This was the reply from BPA. Are they allowed to paraphrase wording from POFA in the NTK?
The invitation to keeper isn't even included in the NTK which POFA says must be included

NTK - requirements of POFA 2012

Having reviewed the POFA Notice to Keeper provided I am satisfied that the wording within this letter covers the requirements of POFA.  The wording has been paraphrased rather than used word for word from POFA but covers the relevant points.  There is no breach to our Code of Practice.

    Ipserv Limited  - Ownership

IPSERV is a private company owned by Ipswich Borough Council - we are content with that position. They are not using ANPR to manage  a highway maintainable at the public expense (within the meaning of section 329(1) of the Highways Act 1980) or a parking place which is provided or controlled by a traffic authority - they are using ANPR to manage private land only - this is not precluded by the BPA Code of Practice.

As there is no evidence of a breach of a point raised in the Code, I regret I am unable to assist you further and this case is now closed

    Kind Regards

An interesting comment because; based on my reading of this ICO guide, it is a "publicly-owned company" for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act.

Have in your opinion Ipserv met in their wording on the NTK as the BPA claim or even paraphrased it, POFA Chapter 4 Paragraph 9 (e) state that the NTK must state that the creditor does not know both the name of the driver and a current address for service for the driver and invite the keeper?—

    Here's the NTK again

One simple question, why is the NTK addressed to "The Company Secretary" ?

I'm not sure why they did that. All I can assume is that it is because it's a motability car.

Was that mentioned previously? Does that put a different slant on things?
