In addition, consider when an argument would be classed as a dispute (does this need to involve authorities etc).
I had an argument the other night with a neighbour. He thought his music was at an appropriate volume, I pointed out it wasn't for 2am on a Sunday morning. Wasn't a dispute, it was an argument.
Gladly we do get on and he apologized the next dayLife isn't about the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. Like choking....0 -
Definitely start with a conversation and go from there. Police will not have the time/resource for personal use of cannabis particularly if it's within a home. They would also need a warrant to find evidence of growing which would be unlikely on the basis of x1 complaint and no other evidence (assuming no comings or goings from people at the door or vans being loaded at 2am etc).0
