Ccjs remaining after debt relief order

I’m a bit confused on what to do here. There’s something that’s on my credit report that I’m trying to remove because my score is going up and there’s something there which I don’t think should be. I did a debt relief order May 2018 and discharged May 2019. There’s a ccj showing on my credit report from 2016. I had a number off ccjs all from Lowell. Which have all disappeared apart from this one. I wrote to the court, with debt relief paperwork and a n443 form for certificate of satisfaction. They send my form back and said they can’t do anything and it needs to be discussed with Lowell. I send all the relevant stuff to lowell by email and they have gotten back to me to say they can confirm that the original debt and the ccj were included in my debt relief order. And that is it up to the court wether they set aside the ccj as an insolency is only classed as part payment. And to contact the court, I’m a little bit confused about this as I had about 4 ccjs all of which have removed from my credit report… apart from this one. Does any body know anything about this type of thing that they can explain to me

A bankruptcy (or DRO in this case) would only satisfy a CCJ, it would not be grounds for it being set aside.
How old were the other CCJ's? Is it possible they were removed as they were more than 6 years old?1 -
If the judgement dates from 2016, it won`t drop off your file till 2022.
All insolvency does is make the judgement unenforceable, there is no court mechanism for removal of the entry on your credit file under those circumstances, same applies to Bankruptcy/IVA and DRO.
It should be marked as satisfied, but only time will remove this from your file.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Also, when you came to post on here, you saw the clearly marked sticky thread explaining scores don't mean anything so why do you care whether a fictional number goes up or down? No lender ever sees that number

was bugging me that the rest of the ccjs totally disappeared and this one remained0 -
Perhaps the rest of the ccjs disappeared because they were from Lowell and before my debt relief order was even thought about. I had a load of debt letters through the door, so I had to phone them and I explained I couldn’t afford to pay them all off, I was on the sick and only getting ssp. And it was a case of buying food for the family or paying debts off. They could see I was making payments on one ccj. I was going to get evicted as well. I was crying because I was a bit emotionally unstable. I have two serious mental health problems and that’s why I was off work. And they were absolutely lovely on the phone and told me to send them copies of my notes from the pysciatrist and I did and they got back to me and because of my personal situation and the reason for my debts. They wrote it all off as a good will gesture and suggested speaking to citizens advice. I did and then they did my dro and the lady at citizens advice said put all the Lowell debts in even though they showed zero balance. My credit score may be crap and every thing will be on my file for 6 years but it was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life getting a debt relief order. Was a turning point in my life and my mental health did improve Because I could sleep at night knowing my debt was gone

What your credit score really means
Credit File & Ratings Board Sticky, Newbies please read first before posting !!
You didn't read these, hence why you buy into the myth of a score. The scores are meaningless, a lender NEVER sees them. Lenders score you internally based on their own risk system, not on the gimmick score system - how do you think a system works for scoring you if you can have the "Experian Boost" which bumps up your score for a click of a button? Doesn't that sound just a little bit odd that you can magically make yourself more credit worthy? It's nonsense as is the score.
Brokers ask for that because it's a simple thing because most people don't know what the credit rating system is, if you have a "score" of 1/999 then chances are you won't get a mortgage, but you might. Just as a "score" of 999/999 doesn't mean you will get it. I 100% guarantee you that NatWest did not have a single thought on lending to you based on that gimmick score, they only rate you on their internal system which you will never see.1 -

Lowell wouldn't give a damn about any sob story, and they couldn't remove the CCJ's anyway. Only a court could, at your request. As you didn't request it the only explanation is that they're >6 years old.0 -
