I assume you didn't just copy this phrase verbatim, which is an instruction from this forum to you:(c) also confirm your correct 'address for service' if you've moved and the PPC has two addresses.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You need to turn this around so that it came from you, not as if it came from a set of instructions, which it did: -SOTP34POD said:a) I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.

Now I guess I just sit and wait for the SAR and court letter to arrive?0

I have had a response from bw legal stating that they cannot put my case on hold until I issue them with a reference number from my debt advisor0
-
            I'll be your debt adviser.
I'll assign you the reference number - SOTP34.
 I hope that helps.
Alternatively, you could tell BWL that there is nothing in the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims 2017 that indicates that the Defendant needs to prove they are seeking debt advice.4

I have questioned them about the PAP for debt claims 2017 they say that it isn’t in there terms to place the case on hold Ben though I am requesting SAR from ncp,
they say I have had letters sent to my old address which was from 2019, strange seems as my ticket is for 2020, they say they got my old address from the dvla, my license shows my address was changed in November 2019 but they won’t accept this as evidence,
They also told me they will keep phoning me emailing and sending letters, they can’t phone as they have no number,
they seem a bright bunch of people1

What is the address on your vehicle's Registration Document (V5c).
Don't guess - dig it out and check it.3
