What 'phone make/model do you have? https://mobile.lebara.com/gb/en/wifi-volte may help you?

Lebara sent me a text a few months back to say they'd introduced wi-fi and VoLTE calling for me...  Shame my Nokia handset supports neither though ;)

I notice that MSE is still listing WiFi Calling as a service offered by Lebara.
I too joined them after EE dropped their 'Signal Box' service and I was left with no connection in the house with Plusnet.
Lebara tell me they intend to offer the service in the future but won't give me any indication as to when. Just to answer a question elsewhere in this thread, Lebara do use Vodafone's network bur Vf offer Wifi Calling now and Labara are unable to give me access to it.
Lebara started offering both Wi-Fi Calling and Volte at the beginning of June. It works very well.

Other than some phones not supporting wifi calling, I wonder if it is toggled on in their phone's settings if supported?
If so it is probably in "SIM cards and mobile networks" depending on phone and operating system.

My phone has the option for WiFi calling within settings, but it  doesn't work when enabled.
I know exactly how it works and how to test it correctly, it just simply does not work.
A third party app points towards Vodafone/Lebara not enabling it for me their end, despite me being told it had been.
Lebara Live Chat gave me rubbish about my ISP not supporting it, texting Vodafone to get the service provisioned didn't work, so I've given up now.

That is strange, I've never had to ask Lebara to provision the service over 4 or 5 sims. It's always just worked.

what make and model phone are you using?

Having had a quick look at the Vodafone forum and it seems that some Samsungs have had issues with Wi-Fi Calling, even directly on Vodafone.

Out of interest, have you tried this?
"Text the word CALLING to 97888", long shot as it is likely direct customers only, but worth a try.

No problem, I wonder why so many Samsung owners seem to have issues with Vodafone WiFiCalling, there are many complaints over the forums at Vodafone and also Samsung's own forum.

Could I ask where you purchased your Samsung from and which model is it?

If you can, go to Settings, About phone, Software information, Service provider software information

The information there will give some indication as to which of the UK's network's firmware is loaded to your phone,or it may have generic "UK" firmware. Just Google the data given.
