Just spoke to them, apparently they were paid on a “run” yesterday so should be showing in the account over the next 2 days.
I asked if it was paid via BACS and they were unsure but said that was likely. I would had expected it to be a faster payment or direct transfer bearing in mind we are Santander customers?!?! Anyway keep an eye out and expect it at anytime in the next day or two…
