@jnm21 Thanks, that's useful (I think). I've got a dual-sim phone and use the second sim as backup to make outgoing calls if primary sim has no service. Using your suggestion above I've set my primary service to Call Forward to my secondary number if unreachable.
That's the plan, just working out how to test it.....
EDIT: ...surprisingly easy to test, disable SIM 1, call SIM 1 number, call connects using SIM 2. Done.
Just struck me how it would be very interesting to use this to test primarily 3 in my experience - enable SIM1 & call SIM1 say 25 times, checking how often it is SIM2 which rings.
I got so fed up of missing calls when supposedly I had a signal the last (both in the previous & final senses) time my main number was on Three.
I also in the moderately distant past heard similar stories about VM.
