Chairman of Sky: Email/address details needed very urgently. Please HELP

I have had more than enough CR*P from Sky. I want to send a 5th letter but this time to the top man himself if he is of course!

I can't deal with cancellations or customer services so please share any information on getting through to this man!

Sorry I haven't given you a lot to go on but I just can't bare to speak to these clueless people ever again!!!!!!!!!! In fact I don't want to ever, ever have anything to do with SKY!!!!!!!!!:mad:

If I tell you the top man is Rupert Murdoch and the email addresses are of the format firstname.lastname at bskyb.com, you should be able to work it out. I believe it goes to the Executive Department. It won't be read by Murdoch himself (he's stepping down very soon anyway), but you should get a response.

sorry no, but if you get one that works, becuase i too am at the same point as you with this bunch of jokers.
i have been battling for over a year with these people, they keep billing me every month, when i cancelled with them a year ago and have no signal.

they have to be the very very worst or companies for CService, even beating BT, and that takes some doing

yes because the ceo or anyone else near that level is going to come round your house and personally discuss your problems over a cup of tea.

Maybe all you folks wanting the MD/CEO's addresses/email addresses should maybe work out how to phrase a proper complaint and you may get the desired effect without all the jumping up and down and screaming.

Blacksheep1979, you are really being ridiculous. You may have never had a problem direct with a supplier before so your comments are very unnecessary. The issue started with Sky denying to have ever received anything from me and how do you explain a recorded letter being signed for but not acknowledged?

For your information anyone can phrase a complaint letter but if you are the sort of person who lets suppliers walk all over you if they have mistreated you then so be it but for anyone else it's worth fighting for! Oh I forgot to add that I work in a very high position in a hospital supporting certain consultants so I am sure that my letter writing skills are just fine!!!!!!!!

That's lovely, you must be very good at your job and obviously as such you are far more aware than a mere mortal like myself that the ceo will jump to your aid.

Yes I've had issues with companies, infact I'm having one at the moment but you're a fool if you think the email/letter will get anywhere near the ceo or that he will spend any time on it even if it does.

I believe my comments are necessary as if you a different course of action you will probably have a faster resolution to your problem - but you already know that...

It's not necessary to be sarcastic is it! Of course the letter will end up with his secretary and she will decide if he sees it or not! If you had bothered to read the posts above you will note that it will end up in the executive department which is much better than the useless customer services that are available to us. It's addressed to him but I do understand that he will probably not be the one seeing it but someone else in very high authority will! The nature of the complaint is alarming and upsetting which is why I have had to take this action. I cannot go into to much detail on here but sometimes desperate measure are called for.

Im with you on this one.its always the same on here and people should really think about speaking properly and politely to the correct people and give them the chance to resolve the issue. They should always put something in writting sent recorded delivery before starting wanting the CEO'S email address.
