I suspect they are about to discontinue and sensed you going for the jugular on other costs if they carry on any further.1 -
Just checking through my N180 before sending it. I had a quick look through the newbies thread but didn't see anything specific for it (did see it mentioned but it's a basic form, so probably why there's no examples).
With regards to signing the document - is it acceptable to just type my name into the form? I've printed it off, signed it by hand and scanned it but even with the best settings it looks a bit rubbish. Would look much better if I just typed in it and downloaded as a PDF.
All seems relatively straight forward to me. I've declined mediation obviously in section A1. Then this is the remaining boxes filled in:

Hi all - sorry for the lack of update but that's because there hasn't really been anything to discuss. The cheque I received reimbursing my N244 £255 all cleared fine and I submitted my court questionnaire etc. I haven't heard anything back from the courts yet, although my understanding is that there's usually a very large gap between the filing of the defence/questionnaire and a hearing date being set.
I'm aware I haven't posted my witness statement yet but given the amount of time left before the hearing I've been focused on some pressing matters in my life outside of this case. Once I return to it I will post a link (as will have videos of car park etc) for people to view. I'm not forgetting about it, just using the free head space to resolve some issues that got put on the back burner during the build up to my set aside hearing etc.2 -
£255 cheque? Nice. The milky bars are on you! Yes, may be a little while before the hearing, but an order/notice of hearing shouldn't take too long to come through.5

Ok thanks for the info. Think I'll give the court a ring next week, just to double check on everything.2 -
Excellent result and some great reading 📚 well done on beating these bullies.3

Monthly update - Still heard nothing from the courts, they confirmed having received my pack but that was over the phone, still nothing through the post box. Excel have gone quiet too, although I assume they're just waiting for the same letters, whilst trying to rip someone else off.3
