YouGov will not let me (any many others it seems) redeem their rewards!

So, for the past couple of months I have been contacting their ‘help’. I am now at the stage where they’ve given me 200 points for inconvenience, asked me to confirm my details by email, deducted the 5,000 points manually and promised me a BACS payment within “a few weeks”.
I will let you know how long it takes, currently 2 weeks and still waiting!

I had my first £50.00 without a problem and started to do more surveys .I keep getting an email saying my points have been added for 25/26th October yet I cannot log in to my account and have received no surveys since late october.if I try to log in its just a blank page. or at most just has the small orange support button on the bottom left hand of the screen. Even if you google and try to log in via google its just a blank page I had an email this morning saying my points had been added to my account and yet when I tried to log in it says it has no record of my being registered.i tried to re register and no luck there either What on earth is going on0

Here in 2024 I am having the same experience as @fluffig - when trying to redeem points as a bank transfer using the app I consistently get the "oops" message. Using a browser (I've tried multiple browsers, computers, different WiFi connections) the page just resets after I click redeem. Contacted support, explained everything, and they just replied giving me a link to the rewards page. Which of course is not working. I guess I'll just keep sending support requests until they actually help me. Or I'll try to find a way to complain. I did successfully redeem rewards about a year ago.0
