YouGov will not let me (any many others it seems) redeem their rewards!

    Have you only tried using a phone, or have you tried on a desktop or laptop browser?  Mine worked on my desktop, first attempt.
  • I am also having this issue. I have redeemed numerous times over the years without a problem but not this time. For the past two weeks I’ve tried my iPhone, iPad, PC, husbands android phone, Firefox, safari, chrome, Microsoft edge and a different bank account! None work! I have registered complaints too with no response.
    I am now at a loss as to what to do. It’s disappointing that loyal contributors are being treated like this.

    Not sure if its connected but I have not had any surveys the last couple of weeks.

    I got one today for 25points, the first survey for the whole of March
  • I haven't tried from a desktop but might be able to do that in the next day or two when I see family who have one.
    I'm replying back about my contact with the Market Research society. I worked in market research for the whole of my career, long retired, but do know how it works and I used to be a member myself.
    I've rung them and they gave me the email address of the department that deals with queries about their members that break the code of conduct. YouGov are MRS members so we're in luck there! I had an instant reply to say that the staff member who deals with this is back on Monday and will follow this up. I'll keep everyone posted.
    I try to redeem the points most days but never any joy. I think they put a block on it because they can't afford to pay!
  • I didn't have any luck submitting the form on my daughter's desktop.
    I'm still waiting for a reply from the Market Researchsearch Society complaints line. If anyone else is having the same difficulty, the email address to complain to at the market research Society is codeline@mrs.org.uk.

    I have redeemed £50 this week with no problems, did it on the App.

    I stopped bothering with YouGov years ago - although I had no problems getting paid they frequently had surveys lasting over 3 mins and were only paying 50p each for them
  • I've tried most  days for weeks with no success. I've just tried again now from the app but I still get the 'oops' message. YouGov haven't replied to the market research Society either but they are chasing it up apparently. I can't wait to get this £50 and then I shall never bother with them again!

    Cashed mine out on the 7th no problem, money in the bank next day. Although just had the shortest ever survey from them.. 1 question for 50 points
