Another thread in the wrong place!!!

Mods - please do something about people starting threads on the wrong boards, e.g. there are so many posts for things that people want on the "shop but don't drop" board, that it makes it harder to find the actual bargains! Why don't these people post 'wanteds' on the "I wanna..." board? :rolleyes:


P.S. Yes, I know this isn't a "shop but don't drop" bargain post, but my therapist advised me to get it off my chest...;)

I do... and the mods should do whatever is necessary to maintain/improve this suberb forum...

To the OP, perhaps not everyone is as familiar with the forums as you are and everyone does make mistakes.

If you want a thread moved, merged you can contact the BG's who will do this for you, however BG's are volunteers and not "on duty" 24/7. A polite request will go a long way rather than "should do whatever is necessary"

What if you aren't looking for a voucher but want some advice on where the cheapest place is to buy something? What is the correct board for that? I must admit I thought that shop but don't drop was - since shouldn't time-limited bargains at least be all on Grabbit?

or of course they can be posted on here too, I don't see a problem with that but you will find that threads are duplicated on the I Wanna board as well as here such as DS, Wii, straighteners etc.

Bottom line is - if you want to know where to buy something, please use the I wanna buy it or do it board, here, cos that's what it's there for.

Shop but don't drop is meant to be "for all your shopping and bargain tips"....
