I am once again going to refer you back to that checklist you were following.
This time item 9 and 10 on that list are worth another read.Your other questions are easily answered. The first box - look at the similar box on your County Court Claim Form. The second is equally easy.
Are you completing the form on behalf of anyone?
Are you 1st Claimant?
Are you 2nd Claimant?
Are you 3rd Claimant?
Indeed, are you any sort of Claimant?
What are you left with?3 -
Just arrived today

Got about a week to complete and email back0 -

Seasons Greetings to one & all!
Just received this today. I'm guessing this means the Claimant is up for this and all systems are GO. I should expect a hearing date in days/weeks/months? Thanks

Yes, the Claimant is 'up for it'.nero33 said:Seasons Greetings to one & all!

You would not have even received a Directions Questionnaire if the Claimant had not already completed one.
The date of any hearing depends to a great extent on how busy the chosen court is and I don't think we can guess that.
I would say any hearing is likely to be next summer or even later, but as I say, it's anyone's guess.3 -
Looks like it could be a while then. Oh well! At least there was no issue in picking the court of my choice.KeithP said:

I was wrong. Arrived a lot sooner than I expected.

I understand the witness statements and the format in which they need to be provided. Do they have to hand written? Typed? Or doesn't it matter as long as they format they set is followed?
The final trial bundle must also include a ring binder for each copy?
Can I take the 2 copies for the court in person or does it have to be posted. I don't trust the post for bulky items that could get damaged in the post.
Will have no option but to post to the Claimant/Their legal team.
It's the actual ring binders that worry me. They don't travel well in the post.
Thanks

In pre-Covid days we advised the use of a nice Ring Binder with indexed and tabulated pages of WS and evidence. Lately it is more normal to use e-mail, however, some courts don't allow more than 50 pages (they won't print them) in which case it is back to the Ring Binder! Hand deliver it to the court but you can still send the claimant's version by e-mail. If in any doubt search the forum for posts by @Coupon-mad with the search term "Ring Binder" without the "". Don't miss the deadline for filing and serving.3

Certainly not hand-written! One look at the good example of a WS bundle by @aphex007 shows you that there is far too much to hand-write!Will have no option but to post to the Claimant/Their legal team.Only to their solicitors (NOT THE PARKING FIRM) and why post it? Not a single Defendant on the forum is using the postal service to communicate with roboclaim solicitors..
