It must be a lucky month as I won £150 0n my Premium Bonds this month(1@£100 and 2@£25 ). Your wins trump mine though.Sun_Addict said:Wow what a lovely surprise to come home to 😍 It’s great to hear about people who actually win these things because sometimes you do wonder.I do win on this local lottery fairly often. I’ve won a couple of £100 and then yesterday £250. I recognised the envelope straight away and was just wondering how much it was. It’s helped enormously.XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Morning everyone,
First week back and it’s a bit manic. Cheque doesn’t seem to have cleared via my app which is weird. Some money has come off but not the full amount and I don’t know why. I’ve checked and I’ve put in the right amount so not sure what is going on. I don’t have time to phone the bank today so will do it tomorrow if it’s not showing.
Have a lovely day everyoneSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Evening,
phew what a week and back. Inset day tomorrow do a very relaxed day. I’ve got some displays to put up tomorrow and some bits to do.
I forgot the childminder is entitled to a week off paid so no saving on the childcare. She has said though that I can pay for a part time place. She only has her two mornings and after schools but i pay for 5. There’s lots of complicated reasons why but I need the place and I can’t expect her to hold a place if I’m not paying for it. My mum has the rest but can’t always do it so it’s difficult. Anyway. £80 a month saving from now on.DD has also asked to give up one club and replace with another. It’s £1 a week cheaper (not that I mind) it’ll be £4 saving in the month which will be used to go on DD’s go Henry card. She’s asked for one and I think it’s good for teaching her how to manage.XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Sat in enjoying a nice beer to celebrate the weekend 😂
DD has a football match tomorrow and a party Sunday so a very busy weekend!
picking up shopping tomorrow. My click and collect to keep costs down.
Got a £25 voucher today so looking forward to using it to buy my sister her birthday present with it. I usually get her some pyjamas so will do the same. One less thing to worry about spending money on.
The DVD collection has a bid on so lots of room to be gained there. Also, I have a work space now at another centre so lots of my work things have gone there where I now have a home for them. It’s making a difference already to my spare room.
cheque cleared abs reduced my overdraft considerably. Pay day in 5 days. I’m excited for that one x

Hi 🙋♀️
My ds wanted a gohenry card but I was against the monthly fee. In MSE newsletter this week there were details for Hyperjar which is the same idea but without the monthly fee. The only difference I can see is you can’t use it to withdraw cash from an ATM. You can set up jars for different types of spending which is great to teach budgeting.Lightbulb moment - 17/08/2017 £17,033. Current CC debt £0.00 DFD 31/7/24 🥳.
