Morning everyone,My feet feel weird this morning, no peeling skin but like one layer isn’t attached. Very strange feeling.Today is the glass making. I am so excited! I was Googling most of last night and have some ideas. They won’t be ready for a few weeks as they need to go into the kiln a couple of times to take their shaping.Have a lovely day everyone, will update later xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

I knew about them from work colleagues a few years ago but when I googled them they were quite expensive. This was a home bargains special for 89p😂
Will update later whether they’re doing ok xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Evening everyone,
feet still look like my feet with the dried skin 😂 no peel yet!
Had the most amazing day. Made coasters, some Christmas decorations and then some glass scenes. I’ll share pics when they’ve been in the kiln and I’ve got them back. I’m excited.Got stuck in traffic on the way home though and then reality kicked in as to whether I’d be on time to get DD. Cue all the stress and anxiety. I phoned and tried to get help but no one available and then I phoned the club and they were fine and told me not to stress. I ended up only 2 minutes out of when I said. Just reminds me how I need to always factor in extra time to get to DD. I gave myself an extra 15 minutes but will need to make it 30 or have back up arranged before I go.
I’m now relaxing in the garden. Letter from loan company to say I’m now a month earlier than previous and it’s not a full payment the last month. It made me smile as I felt like saying “you’ve not seen anything yet”
I made my friend a coaster (I bought them a mug for their new office) and now they have a hand made by me coaster to put it on. I haven’t told them yet, it will be a nice surprise. I used their favourite colours so know it should be a hit.I’m so tired tonight. My focus and concentration has been full on all day and I’m feeling it now.Not sure if anyone watches the TV programme Fake or fortune? But I love it. I binge caught up on catch up last night and will hopefully catch up on other programmes later if my eyes stay open!
Got a glass course booked with DD in October now. I’d like her to see the things I do and hopefully she can start joining me more. This is aimed more at her age group so she will be able to do it and then start to progress to the more technical things.Have a lovely day everyone xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

got there at 10am and left at 16:15pm. We did spend the first hour talking and catching up though 😂
Apart from the one coaster, all the other items are staying in my house!!XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Morning everyone, still no peeling feet 🦶 they are as normal as ever! The glass won’t be ready for a good few days yet as it takes a couple of kilns to get t how it needs to be. Two of the pieces will become curved so you can put a tea light behind them and that takes at least twice in the kiln. The first to fuse the glass and the second to then curve it. Sometimes it doesn’t quite go right so it could even need three goes. This takes time as there are other courses taking place and the second go has to fit between them.Money is ok. I suspect I’ll dip into my overdraft after not budgeting during the holiday at all. The course was paid for Last August so that hasn’t cost me anything. I’m not stressing about it this month as I’ve made changes to save money in the future and I’m happy with having time with DD whatever the cost.DD is out with her dad tomorrow. They’re going crabbing which I know she will love. It should hopefully be a lovely day for them.I have some time next week so will be meeting some colleagues for coffee and hopefully getting out on the bike for a short ride.Already done done washing and put it out. I have an appointment this morning and then I’m going to have a relax with DD.
I’ve been monitoring my electricity and gas use over the past month and when I’m in the house all day, including washer and bath, it’s about £1 usage for both a day. I feel reassured that I have enough now to cover the increase on the winter months. I pay £65 a month (I raised it to ensure I was covered). So that’s an extra £35 a month that I have from at least June. At least I know that bill won’t suddenly increase to a ridiculous one.Have a good day everyone. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Peeling foot update:
Still no peeling. Told my Mum about it who said she had this foot device. She brings out a cheese grater style thing. It works great until my toe gets in the way and now I’m covered in plasters! 😂 think I should leave cheese grating my feet to the professionals! XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
