I need to think about it. Ultimately, it will be DD that loses out somewhere along the line.
For this month, I'm just trying to sort stuff out, as I've already overpaid and booked in some ski lessons for DD and paid the residential off with the expectation it would be there.

Sorry to hear your ex is being a pain (much milder name than I want to use!). I hope he starts paying you the money again. As you say, it’s for DD not you! It’s not on that he just decides not to pay towards his child’s expenses. 😡 Why is punishing you (in his mind) by withholding money more important to him than his daughter?!Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.1

I've had a lovely day today. DD is with her dad and I've had a uni study day with some taught sessions.
The people who did the sessions were great and explained things so well.
The setback I had has been rectified as I made all the changes and it's moved forward.
I've done a new SOA for my own peace of mind based on my worst month for expenditure like a Christmas month or a birthday month. If I can manage on my worst month, then I should be OK. I know what I need to do, and I'll make it work.
Tomorrow I had already booked in a crafting course. I would lose my money if I cancelled so I'm going ahead with it. I'm looking forward to it.

Just caught up on your diary😊well done for paying off the debt 🎉🎉 I am sorry but not surprised your ex is still being a pain. Why do they realise that not paying impacts their child directly. When my friends ex moved out he took their free standing oven with him and she couldn't cook anything for weeks until she got another one. This is why I stayed single 😀
Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942 -

That debt was a huge relief and I know where I am now so can move forward. You've just reminded me that you have a new diary. I read the first part but must not have bookmarked it. I've still got your old.ine bookmarked. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
