Three years to get debt free

  • You have got me in the mindset of decluttering again now I have read your diary. Hope you are keeping well.
I lost it for a while but started selling things not used last week and it’s spurred me on. I’ve now got empty shelves in the cupboards, tidied drawers and a lot of ‘stuff’ either in a charity bag or the bin. I’ve done little things like removed wrappers as well which creates space.

I’ve still got a long way to go and a lot to still do, but i’ll get there x

  • Three items sold today. One has paid already and two are pending. One sold for about £20 more than expected. It’ll be around £85 for all three items once fees have been taken out. I’ve got a few more bits on but only one with bids. One other will likely sell as it’s had offers on it so I think it’s a popular item.

Sadly I got the news that my auntie has died. I don’t have any words for this.

I did manage to focus on studying though. I’ve got a lot to do over the coming months so today I made a start at putting things together. I finished on around 2800 words. I’m hoping to add another 1000 by the end of this week and then a further 2000 by the weekend. I have a submission deadline coming up for 15,000 so I really need to be on my way with this. I plan on dedicating two days of half term to studying as well. One of these will be the Sunday when DD is at her dads house.

Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday.

Thanks Abba. It wasn’t the one who is terminally ill, it’s her sister.

Sorry to hear about your aunt.

Well done on the decluttering and selling. It’s a good feeling when you can get things out of the house.
