Good Morning!
Thankfully i am feeling back to normal now; i just needed a bit more beige food yesterday!
I need to pop and check my accounts this morning, but after my post yesterday i had a revelation about CC#1.
1. Id forgotten about the bet winning leftovers my hub offered which i have whittled away
2. There was money from bangtidys just waiting to be paid on the CC
3. I had a mystery shopper payment made
4. I had sold something and the money was sat in my paypal
This all added together, if my balance has been updated means i think i might have <£5 left which i will just give up my own money to clear if i need to!
But i think its going to be gone! I shall update later providing my balance is updated on Lloyds!Follow here for the daily life of an ADHD mum with 2 children and a new mortgage to pay

Extra to add.
Last night/Today I have
-Frozen 2 portions of Rhubarb crumble and saved 2 for tonight
-Frozen 4 balls of Mozzarella (YS at the CO0P)
-Frozen a pack of veg (also YSd)
-Repotted/Transplanted 5 lettuces as the mighty sized slugs were having a feast
-Done a stock take of the fridge
Can anyone reading help with recipe ideas for using a few odds and ends up (soup would be fine but happy for anything really) for the following:
Bunch of Spring onions
1/2 Cherry toms
1/3 head broccoli
I have most store cupboard items so would be easy to add to stuff. Im leaning towards cous cous/tabbouleh right now but open to suggestions.
TIAx

Happy Hump Day Folks.
So a couple of things to start my Wednesday off:
-Lloyds balance is updated but last months interest isnt yet applied. I think that'll be tomorrow so will hold out until then and pay everything in full. Even done a few extra surverys to ensure the interest is covered too!
-Cooked the veggie fried rice (thank you readers) using last nights left over rice
-Peeled and boiled potatoes for dinner - Cottage pie tonight (out of the freezer was 2 bags of carrots and 1 pack of mince... along with 2 small packets of pork mince which went straight into the bin as i was dubious when i put them in there in the first place and after the weekend just darent trust it!)
-Portioned soup i made yesterday and froze that also (however i added bits of broken pasta to bulk it out, forgot about it and now think you could lay bricks with said soup but ah well!)
-Fed the veg outside
-Quickly tidied
All before work! Wahoo.
Nothing exciting here, not until that CC is cleared im afraid but if youre still reading thanks!Follow here for the daily life of an ADHD mum with 2 children and a new mortgage to pay
