Yes, it's a different company. But the "debt" hasn't been sold on - the debt collector is working on a no-win, no-fee arrangement and the "debt" still remains with the parking company. Definitely not been sold on , b w legal are a sub contractor working on behalf of the claimant !
No different than employing an accountant firm or a night cleaning team
