NCP Parking fine at train station

I do not have a redirect not fully moved yet but i understand its more of a case of contact royal mail to redirect the letter as opposed to contacting the debt collection company and updating my address,1 -
It's imperative you notify that address change to the parking firm and tell them to inform all their agents also handling your personal data. A redirect is important if you're in the sights of a potential court claim. A redirect isn't free, but compared to the potential outcome (CCJ) for missing a court claim, it's priceless! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Could i get some help on this further. My issue is with my MP i wrote to them as directed and am not happy with there response it was basically like this is not our problem and dont contact us again, which is a disgrace. I want to follow this up as not happy my understanding is above there is government legislation/consultation considered ands this is being debated my mp so how my mp can say this is not there job is beyond me. I can attach the letter if needed but i want to respond to my mp as not happy at all or is that it2

Forward the MP's response to Sir Greg Knight who led the new Act, and ask him if this is typical of MPs' apathy.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
