YL , asb, Fayolle - I'd like to hold hands this week too please. You might find that I squeeze hard on Tuesday morning though 😰
Love to all

thanks for the lists and concern. Yes I'm mainly lurking; much of life is fine and busy, mental health fluctuating for no apparent reason and as many of you have far more to be 'down' about than me, I'm better off lurking rather than moan, feel guilty and keep apologising. We are happy to support others but expect more of ourselves, if that makes any sense.
Still keeping up with some running, gardening, flying in a vague sort of way. I don't have any uni work booked at present so that may be it for this contract (other than 4 reports to write) - I have decided to apply for another 2 yr contract so the next week will be taken up with filling the endless forms in and putting in a bid.
Huh I seem to be in the WAC as I haven't actually been to bed yet.
Welcome to BSLS - I remember reading that if you put half a lemon in a dish of water in the microwave for a couple of minutes on high it helps . Maybe there was more to it than that.....bicarb?
GI glad you are ok. ParkRun on 26th June?

I seem to be in the WAC, hope I’m alone...
lovely day out had on Sunday, it was quite a long drive but glorious weather and a long walk both enjoyed, we were all pooped so I was hoping to sleep through but I have a nagging headache that won’t shift, time for a cool drink and some parrots and will try and see if I can get back off.
Back at a more reasonable hour x10 -
Morning xx
Hope you managed to get back to sleep Badcat xx
BSLS - welcome aboard xx
Hand holders- I hope I didn't wake you up when I nearly fell out of bed in the middle of the night 😱 I'd been moving about trying to find a cool spot as I was so HOT 🥵 and didn't know how close to the edge I was. Luckily I realized there was no bed behind me before I rolled!!!!
My must do task today is WUDUPA at least one bowl of pots. WUDUPA is definitely my Achilles heel. One bowl at a time will get it done.
Have a good day

Morning all
Welcome to BSLS.
Narc0, lovely to hear from you x. Please keep posting as I for one love to hear from you. Oh, and no moan is too big or too small, and certainly no moan needs apologising for. Says she who probably does more than her fair share, and will soon have to start apologising…
Work today after we declutter DD’s physio appointment. Bless her, she is going to try to make her way home on the bus after meeting a friend for coffee so that I don’t have to drive a 25 mile return trip in the opposite direction. Hopefully DH will take some time out of his phone calls to go and pick her up.
Wm is half loaded with towels. Waiting for DD and her friend to surface before I grab the rest and switch it on. That is probably the flying for today reported in full.
Have a lovely day all x10 -
Up and showered, meds dispensed, tea dispensed, paperwork / admin started.Expecting workers to finish off my drive way,
be glad to see the back of pallets of building materials and skips etc, then I can move my roses pots round in to the places I want them, on 2nd thoughts I'll get the workmen to move them, might as well make use of 3 x 30 year old well fit / strong builders
why should I struggle?

OH needs to deal with my 'i' key.. it is not working properly, I have to poke it REALLY hard to make it type and it is quite annoying... I wouldn't mind if it was the Q.. or the X but why a vowel?!!!??
Kitchen is being made habitable first and then OH and I are looking at some of the gubbins in our room.. I can not function wth it in such a mess.
