    I wouldn't bank on receiving that £30 any time soon

    Always good to know what happened on these situations. The number of people that ask questions and then disappear without giving the outcome is staggering.

    I won't be holding my breath. I switched as soon as I could, paid up to stop the objections and haven't heard a peep from them since and no DDs.
    I'm probably about even.
