I've also given up and cancelled my order. They reckon it will take seven days to get my money back.

I requested a refund back on 13th July. They said it would take seven days. Last week I sent a chaser e-mail, nothing heard. Today I sent another chaser, copied to MSE as that seems to be the only way to get Suttons to do anything.
Don't think I'll be buying any of their products anytime soon.0 -
This mornings e-mail (Copied to MSE) did the trick. Refund now received.2
