A few of those look salvageable. Not as described at all and not what you ordered. Those poor plants must have been stuck in darkness for quite a few days. I am still waiting for my order but not holding out much hope. What a disappointment.0

1) Paid 28/4/21
2) Received an email delivery update to between 7/5/21 - 11/6/21 with an added 48 hour delivery period
3) Emailed using Suttons own webmail system for a delivery update 15/6/21 - no response as yet
4) Phoned the customer service number on 16/6/21 - phone rings out with no response
I conclude that possibly it got stuck in the Suez and/or was subjected to a pandemic. In any event I'll not be ordering again from the same company or any of its group. How to get a refund?0 -
I am going through PayPal disputes for my refund. I ordered and paid 28/04 same as you; no commas from them after the 7th May promised despatch; emails via website ignored; the only time they responded was when I wrote an honest review on trustpilot. Ridiculous company has wasted so much of my time. Never again.0

I raised a case with Paypal and have just received a refund and "The case was closed in your favour."
It appears that Suttons did not respond to the emails from Paypal.3
