Morning all, it is so cold.

LJD I love the placebo effect, hope he is ok this morning.

AnW'sMum that is fab news about W DS3 jumps and runs a length of the pool - I t hink he can swim but it is much more important to get to the other side first, ahead of your class than to swim.

Going to do a list for the day in a minute. I was going to go to town first thing but don't fancy deicing the car so will go after lunch.

    Morning

I'm full of cold! my head and my chest are all bunged up so not sure what I'm gonna get done today, will potter about but I definately need to do the kitchen, some washing, some drying. It's so cold here and frosty brrrrrr I don't really want to go in the kitchen lol.

Littleys got her school Christmas Party today, but there's been no mention of a carol concert or nativity or anything  maybe they'll do a special assembly or something I dunno. Glad everyone's littleys are enjoying theirs though and Julie two in one day! wow! :D

My hoover still doesn't work - which is a pain as I love my hoover and I use it everyday, got no funds for a new one so I'll have to make do with a sweeping brush and running (not literally) round to borrow OH's now and again.

    List:-
    empty DW
    reload DW
    WM x 1
TD x 3 (2 loads off yesterday to dry)

    My minds gone blank......lol
  • Good morning everyone!

I'm starting to feel very festive now! :j

I had a great day yesterday flying, and here's what I've got left from Monday to Wednesday:

Manic Monday- Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level Three

    Clean fronts of appliances
    Extra Mission
    Choose one or more of:
    • Wipe window sills and clean windows in these rooms
    • Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps
    • Clean the inside of cupboard doors
    • Clean oven if you didn't do it last week
    • Clean one cupboard out, what is that in there? anything out of date? Sort through it and clean it before putting everything back
Tuesday Living Room, Hall and Stairs

    Level 1
Remove clutter from the floors, making sure stairs especially are safe
    Check fire alarms are working!!!
    Level 2
Vacuum floors and sofas lounge and sofas vacuumed
Dusting, even if it is around things
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
    Level 3
    Wipe door handles and banister
Move objects so dusting is more thorough, dust them before putting back
Vacuum under furniture (only if you won't hurt yourself doing it, don't want any injuries)

    Extra Mission:
Pick one or more of the following tasks –
    • Polish any furniture that is feeling a little neglected, of course if it's cluttered up then you might need to do some clearing first
    • Sort through shoes, coats and bags, make sure they are tidy & where they should be
    • Clean any glass items in this room like mirrors, clocks etc (Don't forget the top, behind and the frames!)
    • Sort through any books or magazines lying around, put them where they should be, if there is a library book due to be returned then make sure it goes back or is booked out again
    • Dust any ornaments, wipe the shelf they are on before replacing them
Wednesday - Master Bedrooms and Landings
Extra mission tasks, as always if you fancy an extra challenge try one or more of these

    • Cobweb removal upstairs, go on grab a duster and swipe them down
    • Clear any one hotspot, or spend 10 minutes tackling it
Clean light fittings and light switches in any room, more than one if you like
I'll start Thursday's list tonight when I get in, and then will work my way back through the levels for the other days. I'm working my second job tonight, Friday and Saturday nights, so I'm not sure how much more will get done, but feeling good!

Well.. I've done fluff all all week.. and today I won't be doing much either.. I can barely walk.. my legs are killling me.. and I haven't got any ibuprofen left.. I must have eaten them all.. and paracetamol doesn't touch the pain.. and don't even mention the GP.. I begrudge the £7 for a prescription so wouldn't get anything if I did by some miracle manage an appointment.. they are like rocking horse poop!! I'll go get some pink pills later :D I didn't realise there were none left.

DS3 has broken the pram DD3 got for christmas last year.. sitting his big fat @rse in it!.. I'll salvage the wheels off it and buy her a new one the same and have 'spares' or is that silly?? I'll bung the pram outside and the local scrotes will rescue the aluminium off it and have it weighed in for drug money and I'll have next to nothing in the bin lol.. I am really miffed about it though! Tiddles loved that pram.. they broke her little pram last week.. actually.. my mother can buy her a new one for christmas.. there's an idea!! Added to the list. They need a new play tunnel as well... added...

    Today I MUST do..

    [strike]WM[/strike] x2
[strike]TD[/strike] x1.. and some hung out!
    [STRIKE]DW[/STRIKE]
    BM
    SC
    fold and put away laundry
[strike]tesco delivery 11-1[/strike].. rescheduled from last night.. I had booked delivery for 8-10pm.. and going out at 7pm!!!! lol.. that would have entertained my sister! I have my christmas order coming next Thursday which is £150.
Sort remaining christmas bits to buy.. I could possibly nip to the music shop and buy some of them tomorrow morning..

I've given up on the lists for now.. but I will sort the entire house before christmas.. if I have to make everyone work for 3 days before hand!

One more week of school so that should be fun!!

Lil_me.. I bet OH is just terrified you would be hankering after a number 3.. lol.. bless him.. good to hear Matthew is doing well though.. my youngest boy was only 10lb at 6 months due to being ill.. he was only 3lb 10 at birth though so had put on a fair but.. but was still starved looking.. he had reflux and lactose intolerance.

We had DD2 and DS3's play yesterday at school.. DS3 was a wise man but hadn't even told us!!!!! He is a funny child! DD2 said more words in her play than she has said all week.. she simply doesn't talk unless she has something to say... usually sarcastic or just mean.

Tomorrow afternoon DD's 3 and 4 are in the nativity.. I love the nativity.. it is really cute!

ooh...ooh...ooh... I didn't tell you... DD5 was due to start nursery on the 14th January for the 2 hour afternoon session.. WELL.. because she is a grown up 3 year old they have said she can go to the 3 hour morning session instead and start on the 8th instead.... !!!!!!!!!!! She is REALLY pleased.. That is so much better for us as she still sleeps most afternoons so will still get her snooze.

Cuppa anyone?? Before my tesco man arrives with food!
