Thanks for the replies.

For the previous hearing all it said was this:

It says it is a preliminary hearing: 

At this appointment the Judge will explore with the parties whether:
(a) the case is capable of agreement or whether the issues between the parties can be narrowed;

(b) if a trial is required how that trial can take place: paper hearing, telephone, video or in person;

(c) what case directions are required e.g. witness statements, any experts.

If either party fails to attend the conciliation appointment by telephone; or fails to give a number on which they

can be contacted; or does not pick up the telephone; judgment may be given against that party or the claim (or

counterclaim) may be struck out as appropriate.

This hearing did not happen.


For the next hearing (the one upcoming) I only received these two pages which have nothing on the back and do not speak of any witness statements.

I have downloaded both Aphex aand @SJRRJS Witness statements, but i cannot copy or edit them as they are in PDF format....

Open your PDF program (might even be your web browser) and open the PDF file
Press Ctrl+A to select all content
Open your word processor program (e.g. Word) and create a new document
Press Ctrl+V to paste the content into the document
Edit for content and format as required
Save as a PDF when ready to submit

It's not difficult - please don't look for reasons NOT to do this.

I have done a very rough draft copy, putting in the sequence of events and using the last half of one of the witness statements shared.
I haven't uploaded my exhibits yet which i reference to in my witness statement.
I think I need the two exhibits I kept from the witness statement I have edited / copied from.

I will complete this when I get back home from work. I don't know what email address to send this to as it wasn't requested so does anyone know where I should send it once done? It is Bournemouth Country Court.

No - they clearly state that they are the Claimant's Solicitors? Right at the beginning.

Sorry I am rushing as I have only had few hours today to get this written up from scratch. I have changed it now to NGSL LTD.

If that deadline was 14th April, then you have already missed it.
The deadline is at 4pm - at close of business.

Don't be too worried about that. You have the whole weekend to get the stuff filed and served without anything further untoward happening.

Why shouldn't i be worried about that?

What happens now that I have missed the deadline?

I don't know what else I should add so surely it would be best to send it out tonight.
