As @Castle says, I wrote this on your thread on 25 May at 2:12PM, the day after you started your thread......you have until 4pm on Wednesday 23rd June 2021 to file your Defence.That post went on to say...To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email...
So over four weeks ago you knew your Defence filing deadline, and you also knew that you would be filing it by email.
And for completeness, here's a few more words from my earlier post...That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.5
