Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How do people miss that? We really struggle to understand, were you unable to find page one or something (no criticism - PLEASE tell us!).
BTW my signature tells everyone where to click to get tp page one from ANY thread. Stops you having shedloads of tabs open.
BTW there are other Wells defences already written including one that included the fact that the signs fail to create any contract. This was discussed at length on one thread this year. The signage wording is very odd indeed and fails to state what the consequences of breach are, IIRC. It doesn't have the usual sentence 'by parking or remaining you agree to pay £100 blah blah' and I don't think it states the breaches.
The signs also identify the landowner (the principal) and that means that the agent (CEL) has no legal sanding to sue over the parking contract on offer.
Find that thread, no point us going over it all again. That means reading any Wells threads from 2021. Google might be easier.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

You will have already read in the NEWBIES thread never to file a Defence via the MCOL website.

Thanks for you time.
Save your signed defence as a pdf ( use a digital signature ) and email it as an attachment to the ccbcaq email address , ccbcaq being the entity and the rest being the email postbox , so to a specific office at the CCBC , in the justice department , not to one person , think of it as a p o box number that employees can access
The email address and details are in the defence template thread by coupon mad , where you obtained your Defence from1
