I think this is a bit like people buying things cheaply from charity shops to sell on ebay.  I know of one person that does it for fundraising for another charity but I'm dubious about the ethics of others.  Then again some stuff in the charity shops is very badly underpriced.

I, too, know people who buy in charity shops and sell on. But, I also think some charity shops charge far too much for some items, such as well worn clothes from Primark or Sainsburys.

More on topic, I almost always buy my food bank donations from Aldi. My reckoning is that if it's OK for me it's OK for anyone else.

10/10 for Aldi tempura batter fish bites. Huge hunks of moist fish wrapped in a generous amount of crispy batter. Won't be buying the equivalent product from Iceland any more 😋.

Southern Fried Chicken munch box (frozen) was also good, easy to halve when cooking, did think the box was ott for size of product inside though.

Aldi Choceur 40g (5 pack) tried Milk, also Hazelnut, nice enough chocolate although expensive per 100g (even considering the price of chocolate these days).

Aldi milk Chocolate Buttons a total impulse buy, absolutely lovely chocolate these will now be an every shop buy!

Sadly my local Aldi doesn't stock tinned chilli, so tried Lidl after Sainsburys (too watery) and Tesco (quite good). Absolutely superb, it's meaty, tomatoey and the spice levels just right.
