EasyToAssemble01 said:The Sauce Shop - Buffalo Sauce - 49p (reduced from £1.99). They also had some Burnt Pineapple flavour before reduction, but I missed out on those
Mr Freeze Strawberry Fizzy Pop - 9p for a 2L bottle (!)
Also picked up their Glenmarnoch Single Malt, Rum Cask Edition. £19 seemed like a bargain. But, now I've tasted it, I realised I should have gone for something with a proven track recordNo man is worth crawling on this earth.

Lidl Everyday Essentials Chocolate has new packaging - traditional paper & foil.
I suspect it may be a case of new recipe/new supplier/new packaging. The dark chocolate is creamier, I think.4 -

I want a hot chocolate this autumn (I grate a square and then melt it into scalding skimmed milk).I have made a happy new discovery at Aldi: I really like The Hotel Collection perfumes, £6.99 /100ml bottle. I'm used to my favourite top-end perfumes being discontinued so I bought a couple just in case. I sprayed myself with it before bed and now I smell mighty fine.
I have just found this review of the fragrance I am currently bathed in: https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/whats-on/reviews/aldis-jo-malone-dupe-perfume-27526886# .No man is worth crawling on this earth.

It comes in dull red and white paper + foil and individualized 'squares', it is marked as a Fairtrade Cocoa product with a minimum 50%.4 -
In all honesty 50% isn’t very good for dark choc.2

Aldi price match at Tesco - some goods not like-for-like

I'm surprised only that it's taken so long for this to be highlighted. It's little short of fraud by Tesco.5 -

Just highlighting what most Aldi shoppers have known for years.I've been a victim of the 'price match' a few times. It's almost like comparing Tesco brisket against Aldi sirloin steak. 'We have beef at the same price as Aldi'. But Aldi's meat is reasonable quality, whereas Tesco's is mostly fat & gristle.2 -

What amazes me is that Aldi haven’t taken this whole issue to the Advertising Standards Authority. Aldi shoppers probably are aware of it - but confirmed Tesco shoppers who haven’t tried Aldi because they think it’s no cheaper won’t be. It’s yet another Tesco scam.4
