Mark you may need to open a new thread to get a quick reply? Sorry not in the warrington area. Have you got a Primark near you? They have red satin ladies slips with feather trim on for about £8. You could maybe ring the store and see if they have them in b 4 you go?
Alternatively you will have to use tinsel around your clothing, and hang baubles from your ears?
Or cotton wool stuck to the edge of anything Red, looks like a fur trim.
Sorry cant be of any more help than that. Good LuckWhen I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

Thanks for the positive comments!
I got a santa suit!!!
Having spent ages calling hire companies, being quoted stupid prices like £45 for 2 nights, I had all but given up, when I found some in out local asda.
It only cost £10, and can be kept and reused next year.
I also got back £50 which I lent to a mate ages ago, and never expected to see again, so that will pay for the suit and tonight too0 -
Glad you got yourself sorted.
Bonus that you got the money back.:T
Hope you had a good time. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Ok, now the festivities are all but over with...hic!...onwards and upwards with my new financial life.
I've gone a little mad over the past couple of days (not very MSE or DFW) with extra presents etc. but it's all been paid for in cash, so no debt incurred, and I figured that I'm in for a frugal year (and beyond!). I haven't actually taken a look at my bank balance yet, as I'm locked out of my online banking, but I'm sure I must be near zero - so going to be a lot of NSD's this week!
I've just done a few piggy clicks again, which I hadn't done for about a week  and also registered on toluna, for surveys.
Where possible, I'm going to take any additional earnings in cash (quidco, eBay etc.) and I will be depositing this cash into a seperate savings account - which will not be touched except in dire emergency! Any voucher payments will be retained and used for next xmas.
Off to register for mystery shopping now, after grabbing another drink
Happy Christmas Everyone!!!0 -
TV's rubbish, so I've decided to try a little Xmas Night Bingo. :rotfl:
I've just registered on Foxy Bingo through Pigsback, receiving 2000 points, plus £5 free and a 100% deposit match, so I've paid £10 for a total of £25 in playing funds0 -
What a result, I played 3 games, spending £1.60 of my £25 (2 strips, and 4 cards) and won £17.33!!!
)
I'm now 7.33 up in terms of real cash!0 -
Well I played a total of 6 games, before giving up to go for a bath. I've finished with £37.06 in my account
I've also joined LoveFilm.com - went through quidco, although it's not tracked yet. I got a £50/3 month voucher through the post from them, so will use my 3 free months before cancelling and taking up a similar offer elsewhere. I never used to be into renting DVDs much, but since getting a place of my own I've found myself popping to blockbuster at least once a week, so should save quite a bit through these offers.0 -
