But the best reaction is plan A , a complaint to the retail park management asao
Plan B is the appeal to UKPC , as keeper , citing no liability for the keeper due to POFA non compliance by UKPC , after doing plan A
Plan C is then an easy win at Popla for he keeper due to the failure of UKPC to comply with POFA
2) Then I appeal the charge within 28 days.
3) If they reply with they won’t drop it then I refer it to popla?
2) no , not within 28 days , within the next 14 days because you and they have wasted the first 14 days of the 28 day total
3) correct0 -

Scamvoice notice number NNNNNNN
If no cancellation before the appeal deadline of 28 days is forthcoming then appeal as advised. If it isn't cancelled, then appeal to PoPLA as per the third post of the NEWBIES. The rejection will come with a PoPLA code that is valid for 32 days.

According to GSV, the charge for two hours parking was £1.50 in August 2020.

The camera car went in and around the car park. The signs are a mixture of Crown Wharf and CP Plus. The Crown Wharf signs make no mention of scamvoices or that parking scammers operate.
There are swathes of land with no visible signage. You could park a fleet of cars there and not be within sight of a sign.

Just sent this to the site agents and owners.Hi
I've recently recieved a parking charge from your Crown Wharf site by a company CP Plus, and I'm contacting you to see if it can be squashed.
I wasn't the driver at the time, but the person who was has proof they were shopping at the wharf (receipt from River Island) but no proof of parking. There was multiple parking machines out of order and the one that they did use they paid cash and as this happened in April no proof was kept.
I'm asking if the charge can be ended as they were paying customers to one of your sites stores, and the penalty amount is excessive and not a true loss of earnings as the car park is always pretty empty and charges like this just add to people not visiting the wharf stores.
