3 rings and answered and gave correct answer of £60,000 and won.
£61,900 on MondayI do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus24 -
I've just spoken to Talkmobile re these 0330 numbers. Their help says "Our plans contain allowances for standard UK text messages, picture messages, data and calls to standard UK mobiles (numbers starting with 07) and standard UK landlines (numbers starting 01, 02 and 03)".
HOWEVER she said the 0330 number would not be part of my free calls bundle and would be charged at 40p per minute, she said "03 numbers are free unless it is premium or a service like that number 0330".
So 60 entries a day would be £24 a day! Think I'll give it a miss!
So I'd advise people to check with their individual phone providers to avoid any surprises.4 -

They should always be charged at the same rate as 01 and 02 numbers and come out of your free call allowance if your package has one.4 -

I think they're telling you that you will get charged for it as they're assuming that the competition provider is treating it as a premium number.
But - as SpanishBlue says - 03 numbers get charged the same as 01 and 02 numbers.
So if your mobile tariff allows free 01 and 02 numbers, it should allow free 03 numbers as well.
Try one and see - that's the only way to be sure.....
From the Talkmobile "Ask a Question" page where I've searched on "0330":
Our plans contain allowances for standard UK text messages, picture messages, data and calls to standard UK mobiles (numbers starting with 07) and standard UK landlines (numbers starting 01, 02 and 03). Phone numbers starting 0800 or 0808 are now also free to call from your mobile. Once you've used up one type or all of your monthly allowance you'll be charged extra for anything more you use outside of your plan.

"03 numbers: UK-wide non-geographic numbers
Many organisations use 03 numbers as an alternative to more expensive 08 numbers. For example, many public sector bodies have moved from 0845 numbers to 0345.
Calls cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02).
Calls from landlines are typically charged up to 16p per minute. Many providers charge a 23p call set-up fee (or 'connection charge'), but this can vary. Call charges are dependent on the time of day, and most providers offer call packages that allow calls free of charge at certain times of the day.
Call costs from mobiles vary according to the calling plan chosen. Typically, they are included in free call packages. However, if you call an 01/02 number outside of any inclusive minutes, they can cost between 3p and 65p per minute."
Ofcom
03 is not a free call like say 0800 but is included in many call packages

I'm not being charged on EE PAYM. It also says this on their website so it's definitely "free" on EE:
"Many organisations use 03 numbers such as 0300, 0344 or 0345 as an alternative to more expensive 084 and 087 numbers. Calls to 01, 02 or 03 numbers will come out of your inclusive minutes."

And all of the current EE PAYM plans have unlimited call allowances, so the calls are free however many you make.
However it won't be free on EE PAYG.
Plus, if anyone is still on one of the old 3G plans, they tended not to have unlimited call allowances so anyone still on these plans might find that they use up their call allowance in a few days and then start getting charged for them, so it's worth checking your current bill amount now and then to be sure(text "bal" to 150)
