Do I answer with the amount or is it ok to answer with hello?

Good Afternoon
I have been working my way through my entries for today's competition. Now the calls have stopped connecting. Is this because the lines are busy? I have not had this sort of problem until now and normally get my 60 entries in with no problem.
I have free calls to 03 numbers and unlimited minutes so it is not my mobile.2 -

@hertzyabazas There is one for Scotland, Cash Machine, https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6430250/e-21-04-5pm-win-cash-machine-scotland-north-northumberland#latest, at the moment it is a weekly and with that you have to answer with the amount for that week.

Yes it's the same for me on all numbers. I've tried another 0330 number for another company and it worked fine so it must be their competition lines.timmmers said:
