So the myself part ( second box ) has a legal definition , described below the box , only one of those descriptions is you , so only one Legal definition ( not myself , not your name ) applies , your name goes in the box

You are defending the court claim , so the definition of that person is ?? Only the one left in applies

All sorted now as I have a copy of B W Legals claim form … do I also need to send my N180 to BW Legal ?
