You'll only get that when, after receiving a copy of your Defence from the CCBC, the claimant has confirmed to the CCBC that it wishes to continue with their claim. The claimant has 28 days from receipt of the copy of your Defence to confirm. The problem is, neither you nor we know on what date the claimant received it.

    Keep checking your MCOL history.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Then it's no further forward , so no point asking questions until it is , even if it takes 6 weeks or more. You should be looking for a change and reporting the change after it happens

Let's think now ... you are completing the form, so whose name do you think goes in the box? And what part of this process are you? (Strike through all definitions that don't apply, leaving only the one that does; or highlight the only one that does apply). ;)

Also the defence letter I used was from
the thread from coupon mad as I needed to
get it done due to deadline … it was also permit parking … the charge was for £60
    and is now
    £246.72.. but I’ve only spoke
About the signage the accident that occurred whilst there and the fact it was for 3 minutes parking only

If you're accessing this forum on your phone, can you use a computer please? Then proof-read your posts before clicking on Post Comment please? (Sorry but I find your post above difficult to understand as it's almost written in txt-spk so I can't work out what it is you're actually asking).

I appreciate that English may not be your first language ... I'm not meaning my comment to be critical; it's meant so as to help you get best advice. :)

    Your questions are easily answered.

The first box - look at the similar box on your County Court Claim Form.

    The second is equally easy.
Are you completing the form on behalf of anyone?
    Are you 1st Claimant?
    Are you 2nd Claimant?
    Are you 3rd Claimant?
Indeed, are you any sort of Claimant?
    What are you left with?

I’ve looked at the claim form still none of the wiser 🤦‍♀️ I am completing the form
for myself so take it that will go in the second box … it’s just the “in the” box I’m unsure of what to put ? I’ve put the clsim
number in the box next to it  ..
