    The only things that should be in italics are the names of the parties in the court cases you are quoting, like Excel v Wilkinson and ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis

    The only things that should be in italics are the names of the parties in the court cases you are quoting, like Excel v Wilkinson and ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis
