If you sent your Defence to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk you should've received an automatic email response almost immediately. Have you checked you spam folder?conrod98 said:When i submitted the defence i didn't receive any confirmation email do i need to wait for a week ?
Although having said that, there have been reports on here that the automatic reply sometimes appears not to be sent outside working hours and you sent your Defence on a Saturday.
Your Claim History on the MCOL website should also confirm that the CCBC has your Defence.4 -

As far as Napier not wanting to provide information, it is up them to provide proof
Regarding phone calls from BWLegal, there is no reason why you should answer. Either block the calls or divert all calls to the mobile's answer phone. You can check on a regular basis on calls other than BWL.2 -
Always start drafting witness statements and compiling evidence whilst it is fresh in your mind after writing a defence as it is "in support of my defence as already filed".2

Check your MCOL claim history , see if it's been filed by the CCBC and sent to the claimant
As long as it has , it will be next month before you hear anything , these things take months !!
Keep checking MCOL to see when the CCBC have sent you an N180 DQ form too2 -
