Just received the below from DCB Legal - any issue I should be aware of with me responding? So far I’ve had only contacted them to let them know I’d requested SAR.

They have subject as their ref, Highview parking vs My Name

I gave my name, and their reference but not my address when I notified them of SAR

Correct - all responses are in her name.

I haven’t sent a SAR to DCB Legal. To avoid confusion:

1. SAR was sent to Group Nexus (Claimant)
2. Notification of SAR to Group Nexus was sent to DCB Legal.
