That's a fudge of a decision. Your wife had a legal right to you acting as her lay rep and speaking for her. The Judge was wrong on that.
And you don't have to be legally represented to claim your basic attendance costs.
And she had proved harassment! Ferguson v British Gas was all about data being wrongly passed to third party debt collectors! So sorry this Judge clearly wanted a fudgment and to get it off his desk.
