But they can't discontinue your counterclaim - you pay the hearing fee and YOU get the floor!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just to double check with everyone - the directions for filing the witness statement says.

    “…no later than 05 August 2021”

Does this mean 4pm on the 5th August is the latest I can send Witness statement?

Ideally I would like to send everything today.

I would say yes , 4pm tomorrow sound reasonable , although today may be better

Don't forget that it's court and claimant ( or their legal contractor if one is used ) , so dcb legal

If yes, please can someone advise on the paragraphs - this whole section has me slightly confused

No, and I will post something this afternoon to try to add to what you've got there.

You may have to append your transcripts separately to a skeleton argument that may have to be hand delivered.

Might be worth phoning your court now, today, and asking about email attachment limits as the other poster just had to drop their bundle by hand today!  Some courts won't accept more then 50 pages by email.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
