Have some figures for total amount been reversed?
    No
They arrive at the 211.71 Amount via the following A=Principal(1+Rate of Interest*Duration)
    211.71 = 155(1+0.08*4.5) - I've rounded years to 4.5
Original PCN per signage would have been £85 so the have added a random £70 in damages

Well one of those figures that @1505grandad mentioned is wrong.

Is the figure £268.71 or £286.71?
Good spot thanks @1505grandad and to @Keithp for clarifying!
Typo on my part - should read £286.71 - Will update in the revisions is put down later to 3) & 7).

My response to Group Nexus DPO:

    Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find attached two further proofs of identification:

    1. Recent Bank Statement
    2. The Claim Form - which was sent to my address, where I am cited as the Defendant and you are the Parent Company for the Claimant

I trust that in combination with my previously supplied identification (acknowledged by yourselves below), you have sufficient proof to validate my identity. As such, I expect response within 1-month, pursuant to the time-frame set out under data protection law.

I politely decline to complete your in-house form; I am comfortable that my request is fully formalised and focused on what is required. Please supply the data about me, that I am entitled to under data protection law relating to myself.

For the avoidance of doubt, I am requesting that ALL DATA that you hold relating to me is provided, included but not limited to:

    - all photos taken
    - all letters/emails sent and received, including any previous appeal correspondence
    - a full copy of the PCN
    - all data held

    Yours faithfully,

    name redacted

Yes - I recognise the irony - I do not have an Edit button available to me! Anyone else able to kindly edit or delete and I can repost

    As Keith says above.

NEXUS .....  they are rather arrogant and ignorant because they are obliged by law to respond to a SAR within 30 days .... they can be fined.
Their last reply must be sent to the ICO for their urgent attention as you will not be the only one who has this problem and will send private information to them.

Until proven otherwise we must assume that Nexus are knowingly collecting data for reasons only known to them

I’ll wait for their response and then let them know that I’m troubled by their previous response, their in house form and the information that they are seeking to collect with it, which has no baring on a SAR and that I’ve reported them to ICO. Can anyone point me in direction of best ICO point of contact please - email or direct complaint through their website?
