Thanks @beanielou @Sun_Addict and @Onebrokelady 😃
OBL - I must say that I'm partial to an Espresso Martini too!🍸
SA - funnily enough I do cook quite a bit from my recipe books on kindle - it's all part of trying to decrease my clutter of actual real books. I do like a paper version of instruction manuals though. I have a ring binder where I store them in alphabetical order, i.e the one for the washing machine comes under W, and I get rid of the old manuals as and when I update each appliance.
I wasn't sure what to do with my old phone - it's only worth c.£10 when I've checked the various sales sites. DD suggested I use it for the music I have already stored on there which would then not drain the battery on my new phone.Yesterday and today have been pretty lousy in terms of weather - it's still been pouring off and on here. ☔️ So I didn't go out yesterday and today I can't anyway even if I wanted to as DD has accidentally locked me in the house! We meant to get a key cut for me at the weekend but forgot. Anyhow DD had to go into work quite early and forgot to leave the key and her stepson also went off to work quite early and won't be back till this evening! So I have been pottering around today doing some housework for her.SCRIMPY MSE THINGS
Monday, Tuesday were NSDs and today will be as well. I had to transfer some funds over from my Marcus account for this month's credit card bills. I pay for nearly everything via my Amex cashback and M&S loyalty credit cards and pay them off in full each month in best Martin fashion! This month both balances on the cards are higher than usual owing to my hair and the new phone. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I apologise for being quite a nasty person as I burst out laughing at the thought of you being locked in Still doing the odd giggle - sorry! Mind you if the weather there is anything like it is here you aren't missing much. I'm sure I heard thunder a few minutes ago. We seem to have leapt from summer straight into winter.

I'm part of the pen and paper gang too despite spending much more time on a screen typing away!
Good idea for reuse of the old phone.
Enjoy your potter until someone comes back to release youIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thanks @badmemory @doingitanyway and @joedenise😀
Yes I’m afraid I’m a prisoner today until one of them lets me out!😂. Still the rain was absolutely monsoon like just now so I’m rather pleased that I’m indoors! And I can’t go shopping as @joedenise has pointed out. I do have wi-fi though so I could spend online but luckily I can’t think of anything to buy!😁Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
