My experience of iWeb's customer service during this was positive - the online chat worked (albeit after a wait) and the person at the other end knew what was going on (at least at their end of things) and were able to push things into action.

I find their on line chat very easy to use and not slow at all. I have opened accounts for myself and my wife, transferred in from other ISA's and opened SIPP's via them. All with no particular problems.
They could allow more to be done via the front end - like transferring from a dealing account to an ISA - but even for these 'issues' the on line chat facility is fine.0
