my friend has got a 2009 kia sorento 2.5 deisel , he brought the kia in 2012. second hand. harcus parker are offering a no win no fee claim
for emission's cheating. is it worth claiming now.

Emissions cheating only applies to markets that test NOx as part of their sales process e.g. America. No-one in the UK buys a diesel on the basis of NOx figures, not least because VED is based on CO2 (where you got a lower rate for using a diesel).1 -
